23rd November, 2012 – Leading research consultancy TNS, today announced the appointment of Anita Wong as Managing Director Hong Kong, reporting to Chris Bonsi CEO Greater China.
Anita joined TNS in 2010 and has been responsible for new business development at TNS China and more recently also the Kantar lead for P&G in Greater China. Before joining TNS, Anita was the General Manager of Ipsos Hong Kong where she significantly grew the business from a team of 5 in 2008 to 50 in 2010 and tripled the revenue. Prior to that Anita held senior positions within Nielsen and Ipsos (known as Synovate then) servicing multinational clients across various sectors from luxury brands, IT, media, consumer goods to financial institutions.

Commenting on the hire, Chris said, “I am delighted that Anita is leading our Hong Kong team. Anita is highly regarded in our industry, known for her client focus, leadership skills and ability to drive results. Anita’s leadership will be vital in helping us to achieve our goals of delivering excellence to clients across Greater China.”

Anita takes over from Wander Meijer effective 12th November. Wander will support Anita in her new role until early 2013.
