James leads TNS’s operations teams across the globe, driving high quality data collection and analysis as the basis for TNS insights.

His key focus is leveraging new technology to drive efficiency and speed, and ensuing that the capabilities we develop are rooted in client needs.
James has spent 20 years in the market research industry in both commercial and operations roles. Prior to joining TNS he led global operations for Kantar Worldpanel. He holds a degree in Retail Marketing and is married with two teenage children.
