Non Executive Chair, TNS Qualitative

Recognised with an MRS Fellowship for her exceptional contribution to market research, Rebecca has been working as a qualitative researcher since arriving in the UK from South Africa in 1981.

Rebecca founded Sadek Wynberg Research which became the world’s largest independent qualitative agency and was sold to Millward Brown in 2003.

Rebecca joined TNS in 2012 as CEO Qualitative to reinvigorate qualitative research in TNS, bringing together some of the world’s most experienced qualitative practitioners. She moved to a non-executive position as Chair of TNS Qualitative in January 2015 and remains closely involved in the practice’s overall vision and strategy.

Prior to this, Rebecca worked as a consultant and strategic advisor to a number of multinational clients. She partnered with Unilever on the design and roll-out of their far-reaching global training and accreditation programme to raise standards of qualitative work carried out on their behalf.
