As Global CEO, Richard is responsible for keeping TNS focused on our core purpose:

Helping clients make better decisions through a deep understanding of the consumers and citizens of the world. He joined TNS in July 2013 after leading the global customer practice at Ernst & Young.

Richard’s extensive management consulting and client-side experience includes working as a Partner at Accenture, a Marketing Director for Tata Steel and a Corporate Development Director for Virgin. He holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from the University of Birmingham and is married with three children.
