Satish has over 23 years in marketing research and is an expert in the finance and telecoms sector.

He has expertise in customer experience across banking, telecom, government and service sectors and is very experienced in running large scale Mystery Shopping programs as well as providing consultancy on design, goal setting and end-to-end solutions.

Satish’s experience includes the TNS flagship solution TRI*M, regular customer satisfaction programs, and NPS as well as conducting action planning workshops to implement findings from customer experience programs.

He writes for Middle East publications and has spoken at a number of conferences.

Satish graduated in 1992 from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, India.
